1. All bookings must be confirmed at least 3 weeks in advance of the required date.
2. All bookings must be accompanied by the donation which shall confirm booking.
3. Bookings can only be made by members of the Club.
4. No bookings will be accepted for 18th birthday parties.
5. The maximum number of people permitted in the lounge at any one time is 70. Bookings shall not be accepted for events in excess of this number.
6. Only bookings which include bar access will be normally accepted (unless with prior agreement of the Club’s Management Committee).
7. In accordance with the Licensing Act 1995 alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the premises and consumed anywhere in or around the Pavilion. Any persons found in violation shall be immediately requested to leave the premises.
8. Special requests for particular beverages (e.g. wines, punches etc) must be made with this Function Booking Application Form and all beverages must be purchased through the Club in accordance with the Licensing Act 1995.
9. Time will operate from the moment the Pavilion is required to be made available for access and not from the planned commencement of function.
10. In the case of cancellation £25 will be deducted from all refunds.
11. The Club member, through whom a function booking has been organised, will be liable for all damages to the Club’s property caused by them or their guests.
12. All guests of the member attending the function must sign the guest book on entering the Clubhouse.
13. In the event of the function being booked by a new Social Member the first year's subscription shall be taken from the donation being paid for the use of the Clubhouse for this function.
14. A £50 deposit will also require to be submitted with the form. If any damage is suffered by the Club, or the premises require extensive tidying and cleaning, then this deposit shall be forfeited to the Club in order to defray the cost of making good the damage or cleaning of the premises. If neither of these actions are required, then the deposit will be returned.
