NEWSLETTER AUTUMN/WINTER 08-09

IOMCA DINNER FRIDAY 14th NOVEMBER Phil's last emails may have stated that the dinner was at the Hilton Hotel, it is in fact at the SEFTON HOTEL. Numbers are required to the association by the 7th November. Please, please, please if you want tickets get your name to Phil and your money before this date!!! Adults £30 under 18's £20.   If you have already indicated that you are (and paid) or would like to come, thank you.
BONFIRE AND FIREWORKS 2008  We are holding the Annual Bonfire and Firework display at Cronkbourne on Wednesday November 5th.   The Clubhouse will be open from 6pm if you want to get a drink or two first, the bonfire will be lit at 7, and the fireworks will start at around 7.15pm.   Tickets are £5.00 per adult, £2.50 per child, which includes burger and hot dogs and entry to a raffle to be drawn at 9pm. The food, a barbecue, will be served from about 7.30pm. On payment you will be given a ticket, so keep hold of that for the raffle later.   Games for all to be held between 8 and 9pm   Come down and enjoy a fantastic firework display, eat plenty of food, drink plenty of drink, join in the fun and games and support your Club.   See you there!!
CLUBHOUSE CLEAN OUT We will be organising a clear up down at the club in the near future. We will need help tidying the garage, taking the nets down, clearing the area behind the club, tidying/clearing the storeroom and many, many more jobs around the place. Volunteers will be needed!!!!! Date to be announced - please watch e-mails/website.
IOMCA AGM The IOMCA AGM is at the clubhouse on 18 Nov at 7.30pm if anyone would like to attend, just turn up.
VOLUNTEERS We could do with someone to control the members' database and issue newsletters - no need to sit on committee but it would really help with the running of your Club. Please let Phil Richardson or any of the committee know if you can help, no matter how little, it all helps.   We are looking for you to not only participate in the sport but also support he club throughout the year***
