Clubhouse & Booking

All members of our Sports Sections automatically become Clubhouse members, along with parents of junior members. Social membership is available to Sports non-participants in accordance with Social membership form, available below. Download, print and fill in the form, to send back to the club. In addition the Clubhouse and surrounding area is available for members to use for special events, subject to availability on completion and submission of paperwork together with an agreed donation.

Opening hours:

•  Sports Day – every Saturday 4pm to 8pm (or 4pm to 7:30pm if there is a function)

Clubhouse facilities:

• Spacious home and away dressing rooms with hot showers
• Bar & amp; Lounge (Max 80 persons). Fully stocked with a fine range of draft and bottled beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and snacks
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Television & amp; video facilities
• Modern sound system
• Relaxing surrounds & friendly atmosphere

Club Hire Costs

• Afternoon hire (12noon – 6pm) – £150
• Evening hire (6pm – midnight) – £200
• Full day hire (12noon to midnight) – £250
• Additional fee for hiring the field – £50
• Additional fee for use of a food truck / bouncy castle or similar – £50
• Additional fee for use of the kitchen – £50
• Club members – 50% reduction in the room hire charge. Extras charge will still apply
