CRONKBOURNE SPORTS AND SOCIAL CLUB

The Directors have decided that the following rules shall apply over the operation of the Clubhouse and the Bar, to enable us to comply with the law and also to generate funds to maintain our premises.

1. The Clubhouse will be open and the Bar manned for members to use each Saturday between 4pm and 8pm when there is no function booked on the Saturday evening.

2. When there is a function booked on the Saturday evening the Clubhouse and the Bar will operate for members between 4 pm and 7-30pm.

3. The Bar will not be open for the use of members on any other occasion unless members make prior arrangements with the Bars Manager to open for a special event. Such prior arrangements should be made at least 3 days before the planned event.

4. The Club need to allow members to book for functions to generate funds and we would ask that members do not come into the Clubhouse during such functions unless of course they are invited by the member organising the function.

5. The Bars Manager is in total charge of organising Bar Staff to man the bar when it is open on a Saturday or for a function. No member or other person is allowed behind the Bar without the permission of the Bars Manager.
