NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of Cronkbourne Sports and Social Club Limited will be held at The Pavilion, Tromode on Saturday 17th September, 2016 at 5.00 pm.

The agenda will be as follows:

a) Minutes of last meeting.
b) To receive the Chairman’s report
c) To receive the Section reports.
d) To receive and adopt statement of accounts for the year ending 30th April 2016.
e) Appoint/elect Directors for the next year.
f) Appointment of auditor.
